Shipping and Freight Promotions

  • Free Shipping: Simply look for the icon to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. Free Shipping only applies to destinations in the contiguous United States and does not include shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, etc. Some residential destinations may incur additional shipping costs.
  • Freight Items: Many products that Novo Supply sells must be shipped via a freight carrier due to size and weight. Freight charges that appear during the check out process may need to be adjusted once freight charges are determined. A customer care representative will contact you via email or phone to discuss any adjustments that may need to be made.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Many Novo Supply promotions involve flat rate shipping. Novo has negotiated special freight and shipping pricing on specific products which is passed along to our customers. These products will have a special note to indicate the promotion like "Special - $49 Flat Rate Shipping".
  • Quick Ship: The icon means that the product is ready to ship usually within 48 to 72 hours. Quick Ship does not mean that the product will be shipped using Next Day, 2 Day or any other type of expedited shipping means. Normal shipping times will apply.
  • Parcel Shipping: Novo Supply uses UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Shipping and Freight Services and Information

  • Ground Delivery
Ground Delivery Products will be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx ground. Expedited services are available at an additional cost. Special shipping requirements must be called into the Novo Supply Customer Service Department. Expedited services for in-stock items must be called in before 2 pm EST. Expedited services for non-stock items is based on the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Policies vary among manufacturers. Products shipped via Ground Delivery cannot be shipped to post office boxes. Please call the Customer Service Department if you are outside of the Contiguous 48 States for additional shipping charges.
  • Tailgate Delivery
Products shipped via Tailgate Delivery will be delivered to your location (48 Contiguous States), and brought to the tailgate of the delivery vehicle. As part of the common carrier driver ICC regulations, truck drivers are required only to bring merchandise to the tailgate of their vehicle. The customer is then responsible for removal of the items from the tailgate of the delivery vehicle. Your facility must have Tractor-Trailer accessibility. This means that a Tractor-Trailer can easily access your parking lot. This is not to be confused with having a loading dock. If you are unable to meet these demands please contact us to make additional arrangements. If you require your shipment brought into the building please call for an Inside Delivery quote.
  • Lift Gate Service
Products shipped via Lift-Gate Service will be delivered to your location (48 Contiguous States), and the freight carrier will unload your shipment when unloading docks are not available. Your facility must have Tractor-Trailer accessibility. This means that a Tractor-Trailer can easily access your parking lot. This is not to be confused with having a loading dock. The carrier will only unload the product to ground level and you will be required to bring the product into your building. If you require your product brought into the building please see our Inside Delivery or Special Delivery options.
  • Inside Delivery
Products shipped via the Inside Delivery Service will be delivered to your location (48 Contiguous States), and the freight carrier will unload your shipment when unloading docks are not available. Your facility must have Tractor-Trailer accessibility. This means that a Tractor-Trailer can easily access your parking lot. This is not to be confused with having a loading dock. The carrier will unload shipments to areas that are not next to the trailer such as shopping malls or office buildings. An elevator must be available to provide service to floors above or below the trailer. The carrier will not remove any packages are not required to do anything more than place the product inside the building. It is up to the receiver to move the product from that point. If you require your product brought into the building, unpacked and put in place please see our Special Delivery option.
  • Special Delivery Service
Products shipped with the Special Delivery Service will be delivered to your location (48 Contiguous States), and the freight carrier will unload your shipment when unloading docks are not available. Your facility must have Tractor-Trailer accessibility. This means that a Tractor-Trailer can easily access your parking lot. This is not to be confused with having a loading dock. The carrier will unload shipments to areas that are not next to the trailer such as shopping malls or office buildings. An elevator must be available to provide service to floors above or below the trailer. The carrier will bring the product to your location (48 Contiguous States), uncrate the product and place in your facility. You will be called to schedule delivery when product is in your area. Conditions may apply.

Conditions and Restrictions
If your situation exceeds anything listed below please call for a quotation. Novo Supply will not be held responsible for any additional charges. You are responsible for any, and all costs of the additional services that you may require. Please call before placing order to discuss options. Arrangements for payment of any additional charges need to be made before delivery can be scheduled
  • Accessibility - Your facility must have Tractor-Trailer accessibility. This means that a Tractor-Trailer can easily access your parking lot. This is not to be confused with having a loading dock.
  • Time Onsite - limited to 30 minutes. Common obstacles that affect time on site are, but not limited to, long distance carry over 75 ft., facility not ready for delivery, stairs, multiple floors and elevators.
  • Site preparation - You are responsible for removing any obstructions from the location where the product will be placed and any obstructions in the pathway to the location. This must be done before your product arrives. Facilities that are not ready for delivery or have more than three steps may incur additional charges. Please discuss this with your Novo Supply Customer Service Representative.
  • Debris Removal - You are responsible for packaging debris removal. In some cases packaging debris can be removed if notified before delivery. Additional charges may apply.
  • Scheduling delivery - You will be called to schedule delivery when the product is in your area. Upon pre-call you are allowed only seven to ten days to accept delivery before storage charges will apply. Please plan accordingly.
  • Estimated Transit Times - Freight transit time vary depending the carrier used and the manufacturer. Please contact Customer Service for Transit Time details on your specific order.
