How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of item delivery. However the Request For Return for certain products must be received not later than 15 days after the product has shipped. Please contact customer service at (877)741-9243 for the return policy for specific products. In addition, some product returns may be subject to a Restocking Fee which ranges from 15% to 30%. The product(s) returned must be in unused/new condition and back in its original packaging. Shipping/freight charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for shipping fees back to Novo Supply.

Exchanges
There are some circumstances in which restocking fees can be waived if exchanging for the same or similar item. The product(s) returned must be in unused/new condition and back in its original packaging.

Return Instructions
  1. Please call Novo Supply Customer Service at 678-395-3166 to request an RMA number which is valid for 14 days.
  2. For your protection please use a return carrier that offers insurance, signature and tracking services like USPS, FedEx and USPS.
  3. Novo Supply must be notified within 7 business days of any products that are received as defective or incomplete.
  4. Return shipping and freight expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect or defective item was received.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to Health and Safety concerns. A partial list is contained below.
  • Pillows
  • Paraffin wax
  • Opened containers of gels, creams and lotions

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order please call Customer Service as soon as possible.
Orders that have shipped are no longer eligible to be cancelled. Some custom items may have a fee associated with the cancellation.

Warranty Items
All products offered by Novo Supply are warranted by the products Manufacturer. Because of this, warranties vary. Please call Customer Service for details on your specific products. Should the need arise, Novo Supply will support you during the entire warranty claim process with the manufacturer.
